  • [P1] Add the regular PGA dataset update job to the full-scale data pipeline.

[OKRs Review] Edited the parent to have more clear KRs.

@smola @mcuadros need to define which team would be responsible for this.

Q2 status: not done at all, discussed a few times, moved to Q3 a task to improve the PGA generation process.
