Disabled state of mdcTextField not styled correctly

When the native input of an mdcTextField is disabled, the mdcTextField itself should be styled differently (by applying the mdc-text-field--disabled class). This is not happening for text fields. The bug can easily be reproduced by disabling the text fields in the examples at: https://blox.src.zone/material/components/text-field.
