Fix report file hard coding

The report file stereotypeReport.txt is hard coded in.

This needs to be fixed and made as an input option, or something based on the filename.

foo.txt or foo-stereotype-report.txt

[jmaletic]

Now writes report to fname.xml.report.txt - in the path of input fname.xml
