[BUG] guiscrcpy-PyQt5-x64.exe not working

Describe the bug
SCrcpy by itself works.
guiscrcpy-PyQt5-x64.exe is installed in same folder as Scrcpy.
guiscrcpy-PyQt5-x64.exe fails to run.
Previously worked. No changes made now suddenly fails.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1)Clicking on guiscrcpy-PyQt5-x64.exe results is error: Invalid configuration error

2) Typing guiscrcpy config -r in command prompt directory fails (not internal or ext command.. see pic)

Expected behavior
SCRCY is supposed to open with enhanced menu without having to enter CMD prompt

Don't know why error occurred with config in the first place. Actually for my PC, the reset command should have been guiscrcpy-PyQt5-x64 config -3
