FPS getting slow at time of contour detection and tracking

Hello srianant,

I downloaded and built code on raspberry pi 4 successfully.
Here are some problems that I fetched,

1. At the time of contour detection and tracking FPS are getting down .
2. It is not updating new tracking id at the time of detection my application needs new tracking id for new contour every time it detects.
