Dropdown doesn't close when clicked on Arrow

Once the arrow is enabled then it is shown on right side of dropdown -> behaving as it should
Once dropdown is opened then clicking the close icon should close the dropdown -> functionality missing
Note: Reference can be taken from react-select library
