Not sure if you care or are even maintaining this plugin, but found a dead link in your doco. The new link for the WordPress page Options tool by Jeremy Hixon is now: https://jeremyhixon.com/tool/wordpress-option-page-generator/
If you prefer, I can do a PR, update it and send it back.
