Drop Gradle 4.0 support?

Possible it is better to support the newest Gradle only?

Why:

  • It is simple to support this plugin, because only one version is supported - the latest.
  • In the most cases Gradle can be updated in the project just by changing download URL
  • We will able to use newest API
