Provisioning of plugins

I had a look at what this provisioning system can do for me in a distributed team. I'm wondering whether it would make sense to also add provisioning for plugins themselves. That is, when I work on a task, Mylyn should recognize which plugins I use to create/modify resources and also put those plugins into the context. On another machine where the same plugins are not installed, this could then trigger an installation dialog when I try working on the same task again.

To see what I mean, please have a look at the File->Export->Install->Software Items to file dialog (and the corresponding import). That already gives the user the ability to export/import lists of plugins manually. Basically that functionality would have to be automated somehow in the provisioning.
