Coloring the border of the vial and showing a key on sidebar (should clarify what the coloring would represent)

The border simply indicates the ui has data from the history api for that vial. I don't think this merits a key, since it only means one thing, and that one thing, while implicit will be clear with repeated use.

I.e. this is clear to any one familiar with the vial layout of the evolver device in Arik's office.

Furthermore since most evolver's have every vial in-use, this will also be redundant.
