Disable scroll bar in specific file type

This plugin is awesome.
But I found some problems when using it.

  1. The scroll bar is enabled by all the filetype. Can we disable it in specific filetype (e.g. startify, tagbar).

  2. If I open taglist when viewing code with scrollbar. The scrollbar will appear in the taglist and the one in my code will be lost.
