I like Brian's idea of only showing the name and picture of the execs and then only show their information if clicked on.

There will be a toggle click that will set the card into display mode (showing all the text description and making the profile card slightly darkened)

Realized 4 may be better, but switchable if we want 3 per rows. seems like smaller image may be better here.
Name above role since role is smaller and it's better to be after name in this scenario
