Set bbox for Items

Currently, we only infer and set the bbox for collections: https://github.com/TomAugspurger/xstac/blob/fc6bcd0931bc798fa14de1c143735e8b0fc31ffd/xstac/_xstac.py#L408-L428

We should do the same for items.
