[ROX-15072] BTF Collection method in Central

The idea is to cover necessary bits to support BTF in the rest of Stackrox components. To achieve that:
- Add new collection method "modern_bpf" option to Helm charts #1020
- Update documentation stackrox/stackrox#6243
- (Optional for MVP) Add new mount for vmlinux BTF into the Collector DaemonSet
