Paid username not showing up across browsers/new usernames not registering

This is coming in from a user in support who has been sent a link to this issue to add to. I will add anything else in here that they send to support.

Hey, I just registered on your site. At first I typed in (and successfully registered) wreckedwizard.id.blockstack - even got an email with this id in the title sent to me + my recovery code.
Then I switched over to a different browser, because Opera was having some trouble with BitPatron. >So I am entering the recovery code to log myself into the existing account (wreckedwizard.id.blockstack) but this time from the VIVALDI browser. And then it says I do not have a username. If I try to register the old one (wreckedwizard.id....) it tells me that it's already taken. If I try registering a name that has not been taken (wr3ck3dw1z4rd.id....) it gives me an Error Message.

I think it just didn't register the first ID properly and is stuck now.

I went here https://forum.blockstack.org/t/stacks-foundation-developing-governance-for-blockstack/10335 and wanted to log in to the forum to like the post.

I have two ids, one paid one not. Tried to log in first with paid, and it went to creating a new ID (my ID with 1 at the end) so I closed window and tried again using free ID and that was fine.
