User: Suggestions submitted in another language (locale) are displayed as (no text)

Describe the bug
When submitting a suggestion in English, if I load the plataform in Catalan, suggestions are displayed as (no text)
To Reproduce
- As user, submit a suggestion
- Change the Decidim language
- Your suggestions will be displayed as (no text)
Expected behavior
Since user doesn't have the option to translate, suggestions should be displayed in all locales as submitted
