proxy the GRPC commands from here: https://gitlab.com/lightning-signer/validating-lightning-signer/-/blob/main/vls-proxy/src/socket_main.rs

onto MQTT broker that connects to the sphinx-key hardware

or should we use the vlsd_serial since that already writes everything to a byte stream?

this is irrelevant now, we are using the serial request headers instead of GTPC proxy
