Chat Video rows

Video row:

1- Built layouts: using images layout reference but with fixed height (instead of height adapting to image ratio)
2- Same loading layouts (CircularProgressView and label that says Loading/Decrypting...)
3- Add overlay with PLAY button
4- The video image should be taken from first frame of the video (check android VideoThumbnailUtil file)
5- Tapping on row should show something like the ImageFullScreen.kt but with a video view that allows to play video.

Paid video rows:

1- Same as on images but with different label: "Pay to unlock this video" instead of "Pay to unlock this image"
