Currently, there does not seem to be a released version of cppast yet with an actual version number. This makes it somewhat complicated to package and distribute cppast for software distributions: most such distributions prefer to package software following the official release cycle of the project and not just to package some random git hashes.

Since I would like to package cppast for conda-forge, could we call the current state of cppast something like 0.1.0?

@foonathan since #116 has been merged. What else is missing for a release here?
