In MinSec for SaaS/PaaS, the Two-Step Authentication item has the following:
If user login is not able to be integrated with Stanford SSO, enable two-factor authentication if offered by the solution.
This item does not apply, because all logins to the Globus web site either go through CILogon (which uses SAML), or through Google (which eventually goes through SAML).
