Describe the feature
When a QuotePolicy has quoting enabled for identifiers. the expectation is that identifiers are matched case sensitively. However this is not the case in Trino because of trinodb/trino#17
Remove the case insensitive matching in TrinoRelation introduced in #141 when the Trino issue is resolved
