Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be nice to be able to use several languages on the same server.
e.g.: French, English and Spanish language

Description:
The Server-Admin requests the bot, the bot is defaulted to english - and can be selected by the admin.

The Idea behind multiple languages is that the emotes are considered not only in the selected language but also in secondary languages. So the emotes still appear.

Example:
Admin requests the bot to the server, language is english.
The Server written language is german. So if you type in: "zauberhaft" you expect 🧙 but also the english translation should be taken in consideration. if you type "witcher" the bot should also react with 🧙.

The responses of the bot should be in the admin selected language only.
