GsoC 2016 [EusLisp integration of dynamic simulation]

Hello,
My name is Mohmmad Ayman, I'm a B.S. student at Cairo university, I'm interested in robotics, and very interested in the project of [EusLisp integration of dynamic simulation].
I've some experience in the development of gazebo, I've a strong C++ understanding and experience, I have a very little experience in LISP, so, would that be ok for me to handle this project?, I've read the paper and there are parts that i didn't get, but i got most of it, i guess.
If yes, how do i proceed? after building the library.
