Login issue with admin panel

Hello, I am receiving an issue with logging into the admin panel, I have set up the user/password and when I go to enter them it nothing happens.

Could you open up the console in your browser (usually by pressing F12) and tell me if any error messages appear there? In case they do could you paste the error message(s) here?
