[Bug Report] Visual defect: Scraped studio name of an existing movie is "missing" on movie save dialogue but reappears after saving

Describe the bug
When scraping a Movie that has already been created, Studio name shows in the Movie Scrape Results dialogue but once you hit Apply to view the draft movie information, the unsaved Movie entry shows a blanked Studio field.

The field entry appears to be suddenly missing but if you hit Save on the Movie entry, the Studio name reappears in the saved Movie.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a movie and save it or use an existing saved movie. (Bug does not appear if creating Movie new.) Studio field can be blank or have data.

  2. Use a URL to scrape data that includes the Studio name.

  3. See that new Studio name is populated in the Movie Scrape Results dialogue and click Apply.

  4. Note that the Movie's Studio field now appears to be "empty":
    studio blank

  5. Click Save on the Movie. Studio is now filled out with the new studio name as intended.

Expected behavior
Scraped studio name should be visible once scraped and should not "disappear".
