"File System" tab for manual browsing

This feature would enable a file system tab alongside scenes, images etc. in which the user can simply browse the host's filesystem.
This would be a simple file browser and wouldn't depend on scans, generated content or the database.
It would just be a remote file browser enabling the user to load up remote content without adding to the database.
