[Bug Report] Query text gets copied to next item in tagger list

Describe the bug
When you use the query box to find a match in the tagger interface, upon hitting save the item drops from the list (as expected) but the next item in the tagger list now has the same text used for that prior query.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to scenes, filter to a set of scenes you want to tag
  2. Click on tagger
  3. Change the text in the query box, select "query," get a match
  4. Save result
  5. Observe query text in next item in tagger list

Expected behavior
The next item in the tagger list retains the original text that was auto-populated when the tagger list was first invoked.
