Describe the bug
The command git --user is broken

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Type in git config --user <GItHub username> if not typed ever before
  2. Type git --user
  3. Bot should start typing
  4. Bot stops typing and sends nothing

Expected behavior
Bot should send user's GitHub stats
