additional child feature fields

For now i stuck child annotations in the same field as property: its very easy to split them off.
still, i should decide on the additional fields. IF they are goign to be alternate modes for existing fields (SIO__annotation, feature_loc, ) then thats fine, but if they will be standalone fields I will need terms.
