Constraint error exception raised when running akt create --gpg with missing argument

If we run the command:

akt create test.akt --gpg

The gpg user is missing and we get an exception:

Une erreur interne est survenue: Exception CONSTRAINT_ERROR: Util.Strings.Vectors.Element: Index is out of range
