Add dynamo configuration through environment support

Dynamo searches for various files in a single location configured by the config/generator.properties.
When used with alire, the configuration is more dynamic and it can be customized/retrieved only through environment variables.
We can have the following environment variables:
DYNAMO_SEARCH_PATH
DYNAMO_UML_PATH
