Describe the bug
Second Debian 10.x user reporting troubles with clamav user not being present, see picture
I'm investigating the problem.

I can't replicate it here in a Debian buster 10x LXC container.
Tomorrow will try on a real machine.

Funny thing: in the LXC there is no /etc/cron.monthly just a cron.d & cron.daily is that a issue of my lxc image?

Sure, that machine is old and have a few 10'th provisioning...
The problem revealed with a newly created CT. It's my fault, the group permissions are in place even if you don't want an Av installed. I'm correcting that now.
