[BUG] + [FEATURE] there is no version on the code

Describe the bug
There is no version on the code reviews, so no versioning, we must use one!

That will allow us to check for the latest version on a pace (weekly?) and warn the sysadmin of the need to update and maybe the changes since the last version.

Semantic versioning of curse, no big bumps as mozilla, etc.

We must start at 1.0.0? what do you think?
