CTRL+V with an empty clipboard crashes StealthBot

Just as the title says, trying to paste text in the send box while the clipboard is empty will crash StealthBot.

I see 3edcc90 addressed some copy + paste issues, but my issue is still present. It occurs when attempting to paste into the send box:
