Pulsar crashed on Minix Neo X8-H Plus

My kodi app downloaded through the Play Store with isengard 15.2 froze following crash of the Pulsar addon. I was then forced to do a factory reset as kodi was not opening up.

Now I cannot see the download progress in the play store and the download carries on forever. Tried force stop, cleared cache and data and uninstalled updates. But problem stays unchanged. I wonder what the pulsar addon did to the Minix. I have pulsar addon on my Samsung galaxy note 3 and it works perfectly with no issues on the play store
