Improve awesome list usability

The list keeps on growing which is great, but since it's just a long list go through all extensions is a bit painful. I was thinking about adding categories, but naming them is not that easy. Also I fear that quite a big amount will be listed under a generic category.
If you have an idea how to improve the usability of the list, leave a comment please.
