Deleted files still come back

I created this new issue because issue #114 is marked as closed so I wasn't sure that you would see my comments that I added today. Even after installing 1.4.7, every time I delete a file or folder, after the next sync pass, it comes back. Reverting back to 1.4.4 does not fix the issue for me.
