getting this error in fish shell

In order to debug this error, could you please provide:
- What exact command did you run to install
gthat gave you this error - What operating system and version are you using; output of
uname -a - The output of
which fish - The output of
fish --version - The contents of your
/etc/shells
I hope with this few bits of info we will be able to solve it.
