[Bug Report] Unable to skip music with basic users (vote skip)

Describe the bug
Error message:
[error]: UNHANDLED_REJECTION: Error: Unable to reply context, because: Cannot create property 'fetchReply' on string '1/2 voté pour sauter la chanson en cours'
Unable to skip with "basic users", but working with admin or dj role
The user got the error message 'application not responding'
To Reproduce
- Play a music queue (tested with spotify playlist)
- Skip a music with a basic user (skip vote)
- Optionnal, may not be related, french language package
Expected behavior
Start the vote skip

The issue looks fixed now, didn't changed the code for this issue.
