CodeChunk component: position of horizontal scroll bar for source

When the source code is wide, the horizontal scroll bar appears - but, jarringly, after the code content, not at the bottom of the component:

sigh… This came up as a result of fixing a Safari specific bug with pre elements being super tall when rendered inside iFrames (as in /Open). I'll look into a browser specific fix.
