Hide "Pull" button for Uploaded sources

A user gave us feedback that having the Pull button on uploaded sources was confusing, and counter to the project workflow we explain in the help documentation.
We should hide the Pull button until we can revisit the designs and interactions between files, sources, and their upstream/downstream relationships.
