Re-evaluate website messaging

Primary Focus

With the download button for the desktop app removed, the current website design is missing a primary call-to-action.

I propose that we focus the messaging on letting users know the features offered by the Hub, and incorporate the current Google Form inline into the home page to allow visitor to register as beta users.

Secondary

Having a list of Stencila projects listed on the home page would be the first step to achieving #105, and raising awareness.
