Headers and client library minor version mismatch

After install and while loading I keep getting the following error:
E_WARNING | mysqli::real_connect(): Headers and client library minor version mismatch. Headers:50549 Library:50625 | /usr/src/readerself/system/database/drivers/mysqli/mysqli_driver.php | 135
which appears on the home page, on the reading panel. Everything seems to work as expected.

Seems it has to do with installed versions of php and mysql (using sid).
