After notice "jscript.dll DLL loaded into process 3168 at address 0x68EF0000"
It will show "unable to resolved jscript!StrToDb" and then repeat these two sentences.
Server and node all in win7 x86 with virtualbox,
Ram: 1G
Ruby:1.9.3p545
Browser: IE 8

I've reintalled the OS again and the problem solved. I even do not know why.

Probably you had internet connection problem or Microsoft symbol incompatibility...
