getting error while installing this package

Is there any problem with my config?
I have installed
$ sudo apt-get install python3.12-dev
$ sudo apt-get install libevent-dev
(.venv) het@het-GF63-Thin-10UC:~/het-workspace/infiniti_talks(dev)$ pip install django-socketio
