there's no bowerInstall task anymore - comparing tags ... ever since 1.7 there's only a wiredep task.
if someone follows instructions on http://stephenplusplus.github.io/grunt-wiredep/ the'll wonder wtf is going on (just like I did just now)

Clearly, my commit missed a few :) Sorry for the confusion, I'll fix that up as soon as I can.
