please update wiredep dependency

now that taptapship/wiredep#107 is fixed it would be great to get those fixes in.

grunt-wiredep's dependency is on ^2.1.0, so it will pull in the latest in the 2.x.x series. This is almost 2 months old now (sorry :(), so this probably isn't useful anymore, but un- and re-installing should pull down the new one.
