Configuration parameters are always transformed to lowercase

I want to use templates to render actions and they have to be in lowercase. Why is this happening can i change it? or it have to be like that. I have the same issue to extend my own ActionManager class.

First answer i could give (with a big delay) is that i don't see why you should use lowercase on your files, if it does not work, you can make a PR to make work both systems, but not sure it's really interesting to loose time for this.
