Tracking function error

When I run the code matlab responds:

Unexpected Standard exception from MEX file.
What() is:bad allocation
..

Error in ZED_Tracking (line 23)
mexZED('enableTracking');

tried reinstalling the sdk and rebuilding in the cmake gui but this error continues.
