Tried build Steve-plugsurfing" with the environment of "Steve", build failed. Any suggestions?

first of all: steve-plugsurfing is not maintained anymore.

actually, it is the other way around. steve-plugsurfing includes steve and extends it with additional API functionality to support e-roaming.
